Lack of sleep can work against your metabolism, thus creating a harder time for weight loss, maybe add a little weight gain, or maybe the total opposite affect of losing too much weight. Sleep can determine mental and physical health. If you have an issue with sleeping, make sure that you adhere to a time that works best for you; If it is an issue that you don’t have enough time in your day, be sure to make lists for yourself so that you can see what you have to do. Prioritize this list so you know what absolutely needs to be done first.
Cut Out Sugary Drinks

It’s no secret that sugary drinks aren’t the best for you, but did you know that sugary drinks affect your hearth, brain, teeth, bladder, bones, kidneys, and reproductive organs? Sugary drinks such as soda can also play a part in weight gain, chronic disorders, and can cause diabetes?
The Benefits: Replacing soda with clear liquids such as water or even unsweetened juices can combat weight gain, lower chronic heart disease, increase brain function, lessen the risk of cavities, protect you from bladder infections, lower the risk of osteoporosis, increase liver function, lower the risk for certain cancers, and help combat chronic diseases. That’s a ton of benefits! If you can’t cut out soda right away, cold turkey, that is ok. Start by lessening your intake day by day.
